Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift | Some Saturdays as Required

What You’ll Do
- Assist with concrete, excavation, landscaping, road maintenance, and general construction work
- Assist tradespeople, equipment operators, supervisors, and project crews on job sites
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean construction sites before, during, and after work




- Assist with forming, rebar, concrete placement, and finishing
- Assist with excavation, grading, backfilling, and site preparation
- Assist with installation and repair of sidewalks, curbs, roads, drainage systems, and other infrastructure
- Use hand tools and basic power tools safely
- Set up and remove forms, barricades, signage, and site protection
- Assist equipment operators with site work and safe equipment movement
- Perform general labour and material handling as directed by the supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow project plans, instructions, and company procedures
- Follow all workplace safety and construction-site requirements
- Report hazards, unsafe conditions, equipment problems, and incidents to the supervisor
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and on schedule

What You Bring
- Previous construction labour experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn and work in different areas of construction
- Ability to perform physical construction work
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking




- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Safety-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Valid driver's licence is an asset

Additional Assets
- Concrete construction experience
- Landscaping experience
- Excavation and grading experience
- Road construction or road maintenance experience
- Experience working around heavy equipment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Experience with forms and rebar
- Experience with snow removal
- First Aid certification
- Construction safety training
- Ability to operate small equipment is an asset
