We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Construction Helper to join our team in Vernon. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supporting a variety of restoration and construction projects. If you enjoy physical work, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your efforts at the end of the day, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Assist with demolition of structures and site preparation
- Clean and organize job sites, including salvaging materials
- Support waterproofing, damp-proofing, and surface restoration work
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 7 months to 1 year of related experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and team-oriented
Work Environment
- On-site role (no remote work)
- Overtime opportunities may be available
- Hours will be scheduled based on project needs
