We are a growing construction company looking for a self-motivated and highly organized Office & Operations Manager who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Manage bi weekly payroll and employee-related administration.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, terminations, safety training, and performance reviews periodically.
- Track and organize all company expenses across credit and debit accounts.
- Find new subcontractors and suppliers when required.
- Organize and maintain the office and warehouse.
- Handle general administrative and operational tasks to keep the company running efficiently or more duties as requested time to time.

Qualifications
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Robust organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with payroll, expense tracking, and office administration.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
