Complete TMS interface batch reconciliations and postings. · Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end procedures, including invoice posting, cost allocations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and other related activities. · Assist in developing checks-and-balances tools within the month-end process to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness. · Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations in a timely manner; Perform reconciliations between various billing systems and the ERP to ensure data integrity. · Conduct financial analysis to support ongoing financial operations. · Participate in system implementation/migration and process-improvement projects. · Assist with interim and year-end audit preparation. · Support additional reporting requirements, including external customer reporting. · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration · Actively enrolled in CPA program · At least 2-3 years of accounting experience · Exposure to accounting software (D365 F&O;, VENA, preferred but not required) · Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel · Experience with visualization tools (Power BI) or TMS software (TMW, Blue Yonder) considered an asset · Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
