Your role will involve preparing monthly statements, leading the annual audit, and collaborating on financial system improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee SMEDCO's day-to-day accounting activities
- Prepare financial statements and necessary reconciliations
- Lead the audit process and coordinate external financial reporting
- Manage loan accounting and financial data accuracy
- Enhance financial policies and internal controls Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum three years of progressive accounting experience
- Robust understanding of financial reporting and controls
