We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cuisinier (microbrewery chef) to join our vibrant brewing team. Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and hygiene practice.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, , and other mechanical tools required for food preparation
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating stock properly, and notifying management of supply needs




- Follow manufacturing processes specific to food processing within the brewery workplace, ensuring efficiency and safety
- Maintain accurate records related to sanitation procedures, food safety compliance, and production logs

Skills

- Basic knowledge of food industry standards, including sanitation and safety protocols
- Mechanical knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation and packaging
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for portioning, measurements, and inventory control
- Experience with packaging techniques suitable for food products in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with food processing procedures within a manufacturing environment to ensure quality control
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices to maintain compliance at all times
