Position Summary

Kendrew Distribution Services Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Representative - 3PL & WMS to join our Customer Care team immediately.

This position is best suited to someone who has previous experience working in a third-party logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, or similar environment and is comfortable working within a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The successful candidate will act as the day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts and will be responsible for processing orders, reviewing inventory, monitoring shipments, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating closely with warehouse and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned 3PL customer accounts.
- Enter, review, and verify customer orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Review inventory levels, order status, shipment information, receiving activity, and related transactions within the WMS.
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, transportation, and carrier partners.
- Track customer orders from order entry through fulfillment and delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory, order status, tracking, shortages, damage, and service issues.
- Prepare shipping documentation including BOLs, packing slips, labels, courier documentation, and related paperwork.




- Maintain accurate customer files, order records, inventory notes, and communication logs.
- Investigate shipping, receiving, inventory, return, and billing discrepancies.
- Escalate urgent customer, system, inventory, or operational issues as required.
- Support KPI reporting, customer reporting, billing backup, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Ensure customer SOPs, labelling requirements, billing band special handling instructions are followed.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience working in a 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, or similar operational environment.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, or order management system.
- Experience with order entry, order processing, inventory inquiries, and shipment coordination.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate order and inventory discrepancies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.





Working Conditions · This position is based on-site at our Woodbridge, Ontario location.

· Work is performed primarily in an office located within a warehouse environment.

· Regular interaction with warehouse staff, transportation providers, customers, and internal departments is required.

· The position requires the ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting operational deadlines.

Compensation

Salary: CAD $42,000 - $46,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
