The Customer Experience

Representative must ensure impeccable, professional and courteous customer service. Deliver impeccable customer service and a unique experience with every interaction.



Maintain knowledge of retailers’ products, price ranges, sales and special events, so as to be able to offer suggestions based on customers’ needs.

Be able to walk the site to direct customers, check gift‑card machines and socialize with customers. High school diploma or post‑secondary diploma. Relevant customer service experience (6 months to 1 year).

Positive attitude and exceptional customer service. Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Internet workplace).

Bilingualism

French/English required. Flexibility in availability to meet the operational needs of Quartier DIX30 (evenings, weekends, etc.).
