PortableStorage.ca is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our Chatham office.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with customers, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn are very important to us.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer phone calls
- Respond to customer emails and online inquiries
- Provide information about our portable storage services
- Assist customers with booking container rentals
- Process payments and update customer accounts
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Help resolve customer questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
- Use GoHighLevel and other computer-based systems throughout the day
- Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Robust written communication skills, especially by email
- Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Able to learn current software and systems quickly
- Previous customer service or office experience is an asset, but not required
Experience with GoHighLevel or CRM software is helpful, but not necessary. Training will be provided.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Full-time, in-office position at our Chatham location
