Your mission

- Lead secure, compliant multi-crew Dash 8 operations under IFR within 702/703/704/705 environments.
- Exercise decisive captaincy with robust threat and error management and sound operational judgment.
- Uphold SOPs, SMS principles, and Transport Canada regulations without compromise.
- Foster a high-performance cockpit: mentor First Officers and model professional airmanship.
- Own every phase of flight—from meticulous planning to post-flight debrief with an eye for continuous improvement.

Minimum qualifications

- Total time: 2,000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 500 hours
- Relevant experience: 1,000 hours multi-engine, multi-crew, IFR and/or turbine experience in 702/703/704/705 operations
- Turbine experience: Prior turbine engine experience required
- Type rating:



Not required - Dash 8 training provided
- License: TCCA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher

Additional requirements

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Valid passport and ability to travel to/from the United States without restrictions.
- No Transport Canada violations or suspensions.
