Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & AI Developer to design and scale enterprise data and AI solutions focused on Agentic AI, Data Quality Automation, and Data Modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Build AI agents and multi-agent solutions
- Develop agentic workflows and LLM integrations
- Implement data quality, classification, lineage, and governance solutions
- Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and contemporary data platforms
- Support cloud-based data modernization programs
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

- 8 years in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or Software Development
- Strong Python and SQL expertise
- Experience with Agentic AI and LLM applications
- Cloud experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Governance experience
- CI/CD and Agile delivery experience

Hands-on developer with expertise across AI, data engineering, governance, and enterprise solution delivery.

Base Compensation Range: CAD 80,000 - 111,000

The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications.

For positions based in higher-cost zones, actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
