Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly and thoroughly throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and prep work.
- Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies and ensuring proper storage of cleaned items.
- Follow health and safety standards to uphold hygiene regulations in the kitchen area.
- Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures to keep the workspace clean and environmentally friendly.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service.
Qualifications
