We are adding a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to our team in Regina, SK. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while also delivering and installing mobility equipment for our customers.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, processing and staging orders, organizing and preparing equipment for delivery, and ensuring products are safely transported to customers' homes and community facilities. You will also interact directly with customers and provide a friendly, respectful, and skilled experience. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable balancing warehouse responsibilities with regular local travel and customer-facing duties.

Warehouse & Inventory Management: Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations, track inventory movement, and ensure accurate stock levels for equipment, parts, and materials.
Order Processing & Staging: Work with Sales and Service teams to ensure order details are accurate and products are properly prepared and staged for delivery.
Receiving & Organizing Products: Receive, store, clean, pack, tag, and organize mobility devices, equipment, parts, and tools as they enter or leave the warehouse.
Inventory Counts: Participate in weekly and annual inventory counts and work with Finance and Management to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity. Assist with preparing and assembling mobility devices and equipment, including wheelchairs, lifting equipment, and power scooters, for delivery or customer use.
Delivery & Installation: Safely load, transport, deliver, and install mobility equipment at customers' homes and community facilities.
Customer Experience: Interact with customers in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner. Ensure customers understand the equipment being delivered and that their needs are met.
Safe Transportation: Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly while travelling throughout the region. Assist other team members and departments whenever needed and be willing to move between warehouse, delivery, and customer service responsibilities based on business needs.
Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and ensure equipment and materials are handled appropriately. You have a minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or a general warehouse role. You are comfortable using computers, can learn current systems and databases, and have a moderate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
You can clearly and concisely communicate in person, over the phone or on paper. You can provide outstanding customer service to any visitors or vendors who may be entering the warehouse. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
