Burnhamthorpe Dental is a well-established, busy family practice in central Etobicoke looking for a warm, organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist to be the face of our office.Your

Schedule:

Mon-Thu: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Sat: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Friday: OFF

Role:

- Greet patients with warmth and make them feel at ease
- Schedule & confirm appointments using Paradigm/Logitec software
- Manage patient records, forms & treatment schedules
- Handle phones, inquiries & keep the schedule full
- Verify insurance & process payments
- Keep reception organized and support in Steri / room setup when needed

You Have:

- Experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental assistant with a desire to be at the front desk.
- Knowledge of dental terminology & practice software (Paradigm/Logitec is a plus)




- Excellent organization & multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional communication & team-first attitude
