Windows Desktop & Laptop Support (L2) – Troubleshooting operating system, hardware, software, performance, and user profile issues.

Microsoft 365 & End User Computing (EUC) Support – Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, printers, scanners, smart cards, and enterprise peripherals.

VDI & Network Troubleshooting – Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VMware, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, and remote support.

Top 3 Preferred Skills

Experience with Lakeside SysTrack or similar endpoint monitoring and digital experience management tools.

Experience supporting enterprise or regulated environments with strong security and compliance practices.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, incident management, SLA adherence, and 24x7 support operations.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Relevant certifications preferred

Microsoft Certified: Contemporary Desktop Administrator (MD-102) Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) ITIL Foundation CompTIA A+ / Network+

Key Qualifications Summary

3-5+ years of Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC) experience.





Provided L2 support for Windows desktops and laptops, including OS, performance, and hardware issues.

Delivered remote support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Troubleshot VDI (Citrix/AVD/VMware) and OS-related issues, including login, session, and profile problems.

Resolved VPN, WiFi, LAN connectivity, and basic network-related user issues.

Supported printers, scanners, smart cards, and end-user peripherals across enterprise and branch locations.

Used Lakeside SysTrack for endpoint monitoring, proactive issue identification, and automation insights.

Provided EUC support for bank branch users and ATM-related desktop/peripheral environments, following BFSI security standards.

Managed incidents and requests via ServiceNow, meeting SLA and escalation requirements.

Strong customer focus and communication skills Ability to work in shift-based or 24x7 support environments Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities Experience working in regulated and security-sensitive environments Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
