Borderless AI seeks a dedicated DevSecOps & IT Operations Engineer to drive operational efficiency.

You will oversee activities from onboarding to secure hardware erasure while managing compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 using Vanta. Additionally, you'll maintain cloud environments on AWS, manage CI/CD pipelines, and conduct penetration testing for security assessments. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee onboarding and secure hardware decommissioning
- Own and maintain SOC 2 compliance programs
- Perform OS and database upgrades on AWS
- Coordinate annual penetration tests with third-party vendors
- Communicate security requirements to non-technical teams

Requirements:

- Background in Information Systems or IT operations
- Experience with AWS and cloud maintenance
