Additionally, you will ensure data is realigned with CSDM standards and lead the bi-directional integration with Azure DevOps. You will also oversee the integration of ServiceNow with Apptio for better cost management. Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance release management workflows for digital products
- Lead migration to the Employee Centre for improved user experience
- Assess data model realignment to CSDM standards
- Implement Azure DevOps integration to streamline development workflows
- Facilitate integration between ServiceNow and Apptio for TCO analysis
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Proven skills in digital product release optimization
- Knowledge of workflows and reporting best practices
- Experience with bi-directional integrations in Azure DevOps
- Understanding of CSDM standards and frameworks
