As Brand

Lead, Vitiligo , you will lead Incyte’s ambition to transform how vitiligo is understood, discussed and managed across Canada. You will develop the brand strategy, translate insights into action and create meaningful engagement for healthcare professionals and patients. With the opportunity to establish leadership in vitiligo and contribute to the continued growth of our Dermatology portfolio, you will have the space to build, influence and make a visible impact.

As our pipeline evolves, your scope may expand across Dermatology, Immunology and Autoimmune conditions. Turn market, customer and patient insights into innovative, integrated initiatives. Partner with patient groups and Public Relations to support and amplify the voice of the vitiligo community.

Bring together Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Insights, Finance and external agency partners behind a shared ambition. Represent the Canadian market within North American and Global teams, ensuring local perspectives influence broader decisions. Identify opportunities early, challenge established thinking and help the organization move with speed and purpose.

Lead brand budget planning, allocation and ongoing management. Act with integrity and ensure all activities meet regulatory, legal and company requirements. Bring the Incyte Corporate Values to life through your decisions, partnerships and leadership.

What Will Help You Thrive

Bachelor’s degree in Science,



Business or a related discipline. At least seven years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience.

Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.

Experience leading agency relationships and managing promotional budgets. Previous sales or sales leadership experience would be an asset. Fluency in English; French-language capabilities would be a robust asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel up to 50% of working time. You will join Incyte at an exciting moment for our Dermatology portfolio, with the scientific foundation, global ambition and organizational agility to create meaningful change.
