Join CAE as the Director of Finance Transformation and lead strategic initiatives shaping global Finance practices. This role focuses on measurable improvements through technology and process optimization. Reporting directly to the CFO, your mission will be to define and execute the Finance transformation agenda.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate long-term business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across all functions. This includes leading projects around operational efficiency, margin improvement, and the integration of advanced technologies in Finance operations. Key Responsibilities:
