Lead HR initiatives at the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) as the Director of Human Resources, based in Ottawa. This hybrid role focuses on strategic HR management to support 70 employees across various HR functions and labor relations. As the Director, you will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to enhance organizational development and retention strategies. You will supervise a team of HR professionals as well as manage labor relations in a unionized environment.
