The Director of Tax is responsible for managing the company’s tax planning, compliance, and corporate structuring activities across its residential development, purpose-built rental, and asset management platforms. The Director of Tax develops and recommends tax strategies, oversees the structuring of funds and investments, manages compliance requirements, and serves as a key liaison with external legal and tax advisors. The Director of Tax also provides tax input into transactions and contributes to broader strategic initiatives.

Requirements

- CPA designation

- Ideally has CICA In-depth

- Has 7+ years tax experience
