Reporting directly to the Co-Directors, you will manage day-to-day operations while fostering partnerships that drive the Centre's mission. Your leadership will streamline processes, enhance governance, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives impacting child health. Key Responsibilities:
- Support effective project management and organizational planning
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation
- Develop partnerships with hospital and academic leaders
- Lead communications and stakeholder engagement efforts
- Evaluate and monitor activities for future planning Requirements:
- Master’s degree in related fields with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record in an academic healthcare environment
- Solid budget management, forecasting, and evaluation skills
