The role provides strategic leadership for a continuum of housing, wellness and protective care services, ensuring Indigenous-led healing, safety, and housing stability.

The Director oversees operations, budgets, HR, and community engagement, championing Housing First, harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches in collaboration with Elders and Knowledge
