Duties

- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques to uphold sanitation standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and organizing supplies.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness across all areas, including counters, floors, and storage spaces.
- Handle food items safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Restock supplies and ensure all necessary items are readily available for meal service and kitchen operations.
- Help with meal assembly and presentation when needed, supporting chefs in preparing dishes for service.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
