Metaforce Shipping Inc. is a growing transportation company specializing in cross-border freight between Canada and the United States. We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch Coordinator to support our drivers, customers, and daily fleet operations.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily pickups and deliveries
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
- Communicate with drivers throughout their trips
- Book pickup and delivery appointments
- Prepare and verify load documents, including rate confirmations, bills of lading and customs paperwork
- Monitor driver hours, routes and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with brokers, warehouses and customers
- Resolve delays, missed appointments and other transportation issues
- Update load information accurately in the company system
- Support after-hours operations when required
Requirements
- Previous dispatch or transportation experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of Canada–U.S. trucking operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple loads and priorities
- Proficient with email, Microsoft Office and dispatch software
- Knowledge of customs documents and Hours of Service regulations is an asset
- Fluent English is required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
