ComPsych is looking for licensed behavioral health clinicians for their Employee Assistance Program Provider Network.
The ideal candidates will provide short-term, solution-focused counseling within local communities, supporting employees facing issues like stress, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.
Your role will also involve conducting assessments and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person EAP counseling for employees and their families
- Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Support clients with workplace stress and related challenges
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation consistently
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and licensure requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience post-masters
- Active skilled accreditation or registration
- Professional liability insurance, if applicable
- Recent resume or CV submission required
