Qualifications

- Valid ECE License (required)
- Emergency First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of early childhood education, teaching, and childcare best practices

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement high-quality programs aligned with the Light Childcare Centre curriculum
- Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children




- Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs; communicate progress with parents and colleagues
- Support children in developing independence and self-help skills
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of classrooms and materials
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and reliability at all times

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
