Looking for the right fit, not just a resume

Adventureland Daycare & OSC is looking for a full-time OSC Room Educator to join our team starting September 8, 2026.

If you enjoy working with school-age children, creating fun and engaging activities, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about the children in our program, we’d love to hear from you.

At Adventureland, Each Day is the Start of a New Adventure, and we take that seriously. We’re looking for someone who shows up consistently, brings positive energy to the room, and understands that the relationships we build with children and families matter every day.

What the Role Looks Like

As an OSC Room Educator, you’ll help create a safe, structured, and engaging environment for school-age children.

Your day may include

- Supporting children throughout the OSC program.
- Planning and leading fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Supporting homework and quiet activities.
- Encouraging positive friendships and respectful behaviour.
- Helping children develop independence, confidence, and social skills.
- Participating in indoor and outdoor play.
- Supporting daily routines, transitions, and group activities.
- Communicating professionally with parents and families.
- Working closely with other educators and the leadership team.
- Helping keep the OSC room clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Supporting transportation duties when required.

Some days are busy. Some days are loud. Some days require a little extra patience. All days matter.

❤ We value educators who can stay calm, organized, and positive while adapting when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned.

What You Can Expect From Us

- Competitive hourly wage
- Health and dental benefits
- Free on-site parking
- Nearby public transit access
- A leadership team that is present and supportive
- Opportunities to grow within the centre

- Comfortable leading activities and engaging a group of school-age children.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
