Insurance is seeking a solutions-driven consultant with a minimum of five years’ experience in the insurance industry. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in problem solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will serve as a key liaison, facilitating user acceptance testing and managing system changes to ensure operational stability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead analysis of production issues across various business areas




- Collaborate with stakeholders to document issues and propose solutions
- Partner with IT to analyze system requirements and impact
- Facilitate review and sign-off of requirements with all teams
- Conduct user acceptance testing post-implementation Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business or IT
- Minimum 5 years’ insurance industry experience
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with Guidewire
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
