- Develop and enforce Configuration Management Plan and policies

- Manage team performance, coaching, and resource allocation
- Develop Statements of Work and labor estimates for projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in shipbuilding

- Eligibility for Reliability Security Clearance
