retail counter and for our internal technicians Provide accurate parts and freight quotes to customers Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials Accurately process all customer transactions such as returns, orders, quotes Parts counter experience in heavy equipment, automotive or working with a private/third party parts retailer Exceptional customer service and communication skills including the ability to use tact, sensitivity, empathy and professionalism when interacting with customers and employees over the phone and in-person.
