UW Burlington is hiring an Entry Level Event Marketing Representative to join our Burlington team. We're not looking for a perfect resume. We're looking for someone with personality, hustle, and the hunger to grow.
Who We Are
UW Burlington represents established home improvement clients through live, face-to-face consumer events across Burlington and the surrounding area. We build our teams from the ground up — hiring for attitude, then developing the rest through hands-on training and real mentorship.
What You'll Be Doing
? Representing home improvement clients at live consumer events and experiential activations
? Starting genuine conversations with homeowners and presenting solutions that fit their needs
? Guiding consumers from first interest to a confident decision
? Delivering clear, accurate product and campaign info
? Bringing field feedback and consumer insights back to the team
? Growing through regular coaching, team development, and hands-on campaign experience
What We're Looking For
✔️ A natural communicator who connects easily with new people
✔️ Energetic, accountable,
and self-driven — follows through without being asked
✔️ Comfortable in active, public-facing environments
✔️ Coachable and genuinely motivated to develop
✔️ Full time availability and transportation in the Burlington area
✔️ Retail, hospitality, or events experience is a bonus — first-time applicants welcome
