We are looking for an energetic, community-minded Events & Partnerships Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of our key events while growing strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and our riding community. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing people together, managing multiple moving pieces, and creating memorable experiences for the Revelstoke Snowmobile Club.

This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and execution of club events (AGM, Powersports Shows, Membership Appreciation, Avalanche Canada “Staying Alive” night, Family Day, VIP rides, Vintage Day, RSC Staff events)
- Manage event logistics, timelines, on-site coordination, and contract photographers/videographers
- Build, maintain, and deliver value for corporate sponsor relationships across events, website, newsletters, print/digital Sledder Guide, and social media
- Coordinate sponsor signage, activations, and vendor/tender space sales
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for membership growth, event promotion, and sponsor visibility
- Manage social media channels, email newsletters, and website updates/content
- Coordinate collaborations with partners (e.g., BCSF, Let’s Ride BC)
- Provide friendly, front facing service in our Welcome Centre
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational,



event coordination, and project management skills
- Experience in marketing, events, or partnerships (preferred)
- Strong communication, marketing, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience navigating social media platforms and content creation
- Comfortable working flexible hours around event schedules, seasonal requirements
- Class 5 driver’s license and reliable, personal vehicle
