We are looking for a mature, friendly, efficient, and reliable server to join our busy casual fine dining restaurant.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys providing great customer service, can stay organized and calm during busy service, and takes pride in keeping their work environment clean and welcoming.
What You’ll Do
Our servers are responsible for providing attentive and professional service from the moment guests arrive until they leave. This includes:
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Seating guests and helping manage the flow of customers during busy periods
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering food and beverages
- Providing menu recommendations, upselling, and suggestive selling
- Making and serving beverages, including alcoholic beverages
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables and dining areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
- Helping with dishes and/or providing backup support to the kitchen when needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving experience is required
- Weekend availability is required
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to stay organized and attentive during busy services
- Must be comfortable handling cash and responsible for their own cash and float
Tips & Cash Servers manage their own tips and are responsible for any applicable kitchen tip-out.
Servers are also responsible for their own cash and float throughout their shift.
Age Requirement
Servers must be 19+ to serve alcohol.
