Aloha Modern Kitchen is growing, and as we head into our busy season, we’re looking for an experienced bartender to join our front-of-house team. We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and genuinely enjoys creating a great guest experience. Previous bartending and cocktail experience is required as we are very cocktail heavy and focused.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, personable, organized, able to work independently when needed, and comfortable preparing both classic cocktails and house specialty drinks while keeping the bar clean, stocked and service-ready.

Applicants must have open availability for daytime, evening and weekend shifts, as our schedule will vary with business needs and private events. Responsibilities include preparing cocktails, beer and wine, serving bar guests, supporting the service team, maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, completing opening/closing duties, restocking,



and providing warm, attentive hospitality.

Requirements: previous bartending/cocktail experience, strong customer service skills, ability to work efficiently during busy service, reliable attendance and punctuality, and availability across days, evenings and weekends. ProServe certification is required or must be obtained before starting.
