This position entails maintaining roads safely, ensuring proper drainage, and preparing sites for construction. A market-competitive salary of $29.00 to $40.00 per hour is offered based on verified experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate motor grader on haul and access roads
- Blade and ditch road surfaces for drainage
- Maintain in-pit ramps and berms to site standards
- Perform winter maintenance tasks like snow removal
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip machine inspections

Requirements:

- Verifiable motor grader seat time required
- Valid Class 5 licence and reliable transport
- CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, Standard First Aid needed
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
- Willingness to work 12 hour shifts and rotational schedule
