You will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our books, the timeliness of our close process, and the quality of our financial reporting — across multiple entities and geographies. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance & Operations and report into them directly. You will also manage one direct report, our internal AR coordinator, who handles client-facing billing and collections.

This is not a strategic finance role.



It's a builder role — for someone who wants to own a function, do the work, and set the foundation for a world-class finance operation.

Accounting Operations

Own day-to-day accounting across general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, billing and collections.Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complete balance sheet reconciliationsEnsure accurate multi-entity and multi-currency accounting across Canada and the United States Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements, management reports, cash flow analyses, and supporting schedulesPerform variance analysis and support forecasting in collaboration with the Head of Finance & Operations Lead the implementation of NetSuite and manage the migration from QuickBooks OnlineEstablish and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable financial processesLeverage third-party tools and automation to improve efficiency and operational excellence Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with SaaS subscription and contract structuresCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors across Canada and the US 5+ years of experience in accounting or financeExperience in SaaS, technology, or B2B services (strongly preferred)Exposure to startup or early-stage companies (solid asset)Experience with automotive retail or dealership environments (a plus)Experience in multi currency and jurisdictionCPA designation or in progress (valued asset) Technical Skills Strong understanding of SaaS financial models and subscription revenueExperience with revenue recognition and contract-based billingProficiency with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar accounting systemsStrong Excel skills; comfortable with financial reporting and reconciliation Language Comfortable working in English; French proficiency is a strong asset Hybrid work model with a three-day in-office rhythm, based in LavalCompetitive compensation and real growth opportunities as the company scalesA collaborative team that values clarity, trust, and getting things done CA$105,000 – CA$150,000 per year, based on experience and internal equity #
