In this full time role, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a vital part in delivering a safe and enjoyable environment for YMCA members. Your expertise will help maintain operations in pools, saunas, and steam rooms, while collaborating with the Facility Services team. This position emphasizes safety and efficient maintenance procedures, setting the stage for community wellness and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain facility standards across YMCA locations
- Oversee pool, sauna, and steam room operations
- Manage cleaning,



maintenance, and supply logistics
- Adjust HVAC systems for optimal performance
- Conduct general cleaning and set up sport equipment

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of building maintenance experience
- Certification in Pool Operation, HVAC, or Plumbing
- Strong WHMIS knowledge and certification
- Ability to work flexible hours and minimal supervision
