This role involves budget management, overseeing chemical processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You'll also play a key role in communication between shipping/receiving and maintenance teams while leading your operations staff effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage production against established plans
- Control budget for chemicals, catalysts, and utilities

Requirements:
