We are seeking a Family Lawyer with at least 2 years of dedicated family law experience to join a busy and supportive practice. The role offers strong mentorship, excellent administrative support, and the opportunity to manage a high-volume family law practice within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse and high-volume family law caseload.

- Advise clients on family law matters and provide practical legal guidance.

- Handle files independently while maintaining strong client and practice management.

- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.

- Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other parties.

- Manage competing deadlines and priorities in a quick-paced environment.





- Work collaboratively with lawyers and support staff.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of dedicated Family Law experience.

- LL.B. or J.D.

- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

- Proven client and practice management skills.

- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a high-volume practice.

- Professional, organized, and client-focused.
