They are currently seeking 6 full-time Farm Supervisors for their Alonsa farm location. Job Duties & Skills:
- Scheduling and overseeing activities of farm workers
- Ensuring farm safety protocols are followed
- Managing outbound shipping/paperwork
- Coordinating building, yard and equipment maintenance schedules
- Conducting planting, fertilizing, cutting, raking, baling, harvest, and post harvest activities
- General farm duties as required
