Key Responsibilities:
Assist team leads with daily field operations, prep work, and task execution.
Maintain clear communication and follow safety protocols on job sites.
Participate actively in paid training and complete required certification programs.
Manage, prep, and organize field tools and materials as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Full Availability: Available to work every scheduled working day reliably and on time.
Work Ethic & Maturity:
Self-motivated, accountable, and ready to learn with a positive, professional attitude.
Drug-Free: Must be able to maintain a drug-free work environment (pre-employment/random screening may apply).
Adaptability: Willingness to work outdoors/in the field and take hands-on direction.
