The Finance

Director oversees the fiscal management of the Prosserman JCC and Schwartz/Reisman Centre. You will manage daily financial operations, direct annual budgeting, and ensure GAAP compliance. This position collaborates closely with the CFO and enables effective decision-making across a substantial operating budget. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily financial operations of SRC and PJCC
- Lead budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Deliver accurate financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Manage cash flow and departmental accounting practices
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance and reporting Requirements:
- Qualified Canadian C.A. or C.G.A. designation
- 5+ years managing finance functions
- Experience in a not-for-profit organization preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and database management
