Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while balancing registers at shift end
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and serving processes
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery, ensuring timely service




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for order calculations, bill splitting, and cash handling accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus but not required
- Reliable team player with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement
