Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines
- Serve customers promptly with friendly, attentive service to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and service stations
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Assist with food presentation, garnishing, and portioning to ensure quality standards are met
- Support barista or bartending duties if applicable, including drink preparation and customer interaction
- Restock supplies, utensils, and condiments regularly to ensure smooth service flow
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
- Experience in serving or bartending is a plus, demonstrating comfort in engaging with diverse customers
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques is highly desirable
- Hospitality background or barista experience can be advantageous in creating a welcoming environment
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
