Demolition Foreman Downright Demolition Edmonton & Area | Onsite Full-Time

Downright Demolition is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Demolition Foreman to lead our crews and keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment. You'll be on-site running the crew, setting the pace, and making sure the job gets done right — safely, on time, and to spec.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and directing a demolition crew on-site — walls, floors, structures, strip-outs
- Planning daily work sequencing and assigning tasks to keep the job on schedule
- Operating and overseeing use of equipment such as scissor lifts, Hiltis, ride-on floor machines, and hand tools
- Enforcing site safety protocols and ensuring crew compliance at all times
- Coordinating with the Site Supervisor on scope, schedule, and any site issues
- Training, coaching, and holding crew members accountable to Downright's standards
- Maintaining tools and equipment, and reporting issues or needs
- Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe

- Comfortable being the point person on-site when the Site Supervisor isn't around

Experience & Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of demolition experience, including prior lead hand or foreman experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage a crew in office
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Access to your own reliable vehicle (must be able to get to job sites across Edmonton & area)
- Ownership steel-toed 6-inch boots

Certifications (Current, or willing to obtain quickly)

- Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) is required
- Fall Protection is required
- Aerial Work Platform is an asset
- First Aid is an asset
