Prolium Industries is a quick-emerging Oil & Gas service company that specializes in the repairs of Above Ground Storage Tanks. Our operations team is currently working on projects located across the country from British Columbia to Newfoundland, with Alberta being the core of our operation. We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman to join the team. With a “safety first” approach, this position is responsible for assisting in overseeing the safe and effective execution of repairs to above ground storage tanks. The successful candidates will be driven, results-orientated and team players, and able to solve problems and present practical solutions to Project Managers, Engineers, and the Client.

Key responsibilities:

- Assist, train, mentor and coordinate a team of 8+ workers with emphasis on new and young worker development.
- Ensure health and safety remain the highest priority by adhering to company and client policies, procedures, and lead by example through safe work practices.
- Coordinate daily activities of onsite crews to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure Prolium tool trailer is kept adequately stocked and always maintained
- Plan day-to-day activities and ensure that all required resources are in place for the planned work
- Advise Prolium Site Supervisor of any changes to the scope of work
- Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, progress, and schedule; communicate effectively with Site Supervisor.




- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that enhances team morale and performance.

Key qualifications:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required
- Previous tank maintenance experience is an asset
- Journeyman Welder or Pipefitter certificate is not required, however would be considered an asset
- Possesses strong leadership skills
- Strong Communication skills; must be fluent in speaking/writing English
- 3-5 years of leadership and supervisory experience in oil and gas
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test
- Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments
- Must be physically fit and able to safely lift to 50 lbs.
