We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to help keep our warehouse and freezer areas running smoothly. You’ll move skids, organize inventory, and support the Order Fulfillment team with daily product movement and order prep.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:00 pm.

This role is eligible for a wage progression:Starting rate is $24.50/hour, $25.25 at 6 months, $26 at 12 months and annual reviews thereafter. This role is also eligible for Group Insurance Benefits, a Company Performance Bonus, Discounted Pet Food, Employee Events, and more.

What You'll Do Move finished goods around the warehouse and freezers

Retrieve and return skids from high racking (25–30 ft)

Restock and rotate inventory using FIFO

Help wrap, weigh, and prepare skids for shipping

Keep your work area and forklift clean

Report any product, racking, or equipment issues

Follow all safety, GMP, and HACCP procedures

Work closely with the Order Fulfillment Supervisor and team members What You Bring 2–3 years of forklift + power walkie experience





Valid forklift license (in-house license is a bonus)

Warehouse and order‑picking experience

Comfortable working in cold environments (freezers)

Able to lift 30–50lbs
