About the Role

As our Front Desk Manager, you’ll lead the client experience from hello to high-five. You’ll create warm first impressions, help potential clients find the right membership, build long-term relationships, and keep the front desk running seamlessly. This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real-time, and setting the tone for the team.

You’ll work closely with the Studio Owner and play a key role in driving both member satisfaction and studio growth.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver an outstanding client experience – Welcome new and returning clients, guide first-timers through their visit, and ensure every interaction feels personal, professional, and positive.
- Convert interest into membership – Confidently connect clients with the right classes, packages, and memberships based on their goals.
- Support retention and relationships – Build trust with clients, handle sensitive situations (injuries, freezes, concerns) with empathy, and keep people feeling cared for.
- Keep operations running smoothly – Manage bookings, emails, voicemails, follow-ups, retail sales, and daily studio readiness.




- Lead and support the front desk team – Model excellent service, coach teammates through real client scenarios, and help maintain a collaborative, team-first culture.
- Own the details – Make sure nothing slips through the cracks and systems are followed consistently.

What We’re Looking For

- You enjoy talking to people and feel comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and memberships
- You’re warm, approachable, and great at building quick rapport
- You’re organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- You communicate clearly and calmly — even in challenging situations
- You take initiative and naturally look for ways to support the team
- You use positive judgment and know when to problem-solve versus escalate
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a strong asset (but not required)

Schedule This is a full time, on-site position. The regular schedule is Tuesday through Friday afternoons and evenings, with Saturday morning shifts, based on the class schedule.
