Big T's BBQ is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Front-of-House Team Members to join our team at our West Springs location.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a variety of responsibilities throughout their shift. As part of our front-of-house team, you will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, process payments, and help create an exceptional dining experience.

What You'll Do

- Welcome and seat guests
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve guests in the dining room
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments
- Answer phones and assist with takeout orders
- Package takeout and delivery orders accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with management and kitchen staff to deliver excellent service

- Reliable and punctual
- Available evenings and weekends
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required
